Team Management Pro

Pro workspaces support up to 10 team members. Workspace owners can add and remove colleagues.

Lite users: Lite workspaces support up to 3 users. Upgrade to Pro for team collaboration.

Adding Team Members

  1. Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top navigation bar
  2. Go to the Team tab
  3. Enter colleague's email address in the "Add Member" field
  4. Click Add Member
  5. They receive access immediately (no email invitation sent)

Important: Your colleague must log in using the exact email address you added. Lite workspaces support up to 3 users. The "Add Member" button is hidden when you reach this limit.

In the Team tab of Settings, you can:

All team members can see and edit all projects. Threader doesn't have real-time collaboration yet, so agree on a single "editor" per session to avoid overwrites.
